You were the first to blow my mind away.

The locks of your hair got my heart slayed.

I went to school religiously, without a single leave.

Just to see you everyday, would you have believed  ?

 

I would have looked at you , if I got any chance.

I couldn’t look but it was like a trance.

Your exquisite walk down the class aisle.

Your essence near around always made me smile.

 

My heart stopped whenever you smiled.

But you didn’t know how adorable was your smile.

Shit ! Why this heart was so fragile.

When it broke , the sound went to miles.

 

Your curves were great,

But magical were the eyes.

You came in my dreams every night.

Wasn’t it nice ?

 

Thought your eyes were real beauty , agreed ?

Sigh ! You were so erudite in deceiving.

But wait ! I couldn’t believe it in the beginning.

Beauty wasn’t the eyes, but the heart indeed.

 

I always believed, I was your Mickey ,

And you were my Minnie.

A movie would have been made on us,

Himself, by the great Walt Disney.

 

But happy endings are in movies only.

It’s a delusion my friend !

In the real world we live in.

Its nothing but a melancholy.

 

I wouldn’t be thinking about you  !

But what can I do ….

It’s been eight years since ,

I first saw you.

 

I didn’t know the silly girl with an attitude,

would fall in love with someone true.

But, I was a liar when I told you we were just friends.

If I would have been true ……

You would have left everything for me ….

But how could I be so selfish, I had to lie !

It’s agonising that you never dared to try.

If you did, you would know

I was  a liar because I loved you.
